Assembly
This specialization is specifically to help create assembly lines, both for, and out of other creations.
Rank 1: Instinctive Works
A creature can be given a 'template' for almost any design of structure or item, and the creature will instinctually remember it. It will then try to build that design whenever possible (like bee's making their hive, or birds making their nests). The creature has a +1 bonus (per your rank of Fleshcrafting) to any relevant checks needed to construct the design. If they are trained creatures, they grant their bonus, and an additional +2 bonus to any person using them to attempt to construct the design.
Rank 2: Internal Creations
The creature actually produces something 'naturally' within itself. Make a relevant check (eg. Demolitions to create a creature that lays explosive eggs) work with the GM on the actual design, but this will usually require an extreme diet for the creature, and some time to organically create the design. You can convert one of the creatures attacks or other abilities into a 'product' given a sufficient roll instead.
Rank 3: Assembly Line
Whenever you successfully complete a creation, you can roll Mind+Alchemy(skill) against the same DC as the creation. You do gain your lab bonuses, and +1 for each relevant fleshcrafting specialty. If you fail this check, you can keep your notes, and try again with a +2 bonus the next time you make the same creature. Once you've succeeded, you have a blueprint for the creation. You can start the creation process in a single day, and then leave any other trained alchemist(s) to complete the project, even if they don't meet the requirements for the creation. They can gain a bonus to their roll equal to your fleshcrafting (or other alchemy trait) if they choose to, and roll against the same DC you did, even if they don't have the same specialties.
