Bone Specialization
Rank 1: Dangerous Bones
Universal Trait:
All natural weapons of the creature gain a bonus to their weapon level equal to 2x your fleshcrafting ranks.
You can also create new attacks to make available for the creature. Any new attack starts as a rank 5 weapon. If you choose to, you can make this weapon ranged, with a limited x shots per day, where x is your fleshcrafting level.
Rank 2: Flexible but Sturdy
Universal Trait:
All of the creatures bones and other cartilaginous structures are severely hardened. All 'ranks' of armor provide 3 armor instead of 2. This essentially increases your effective armor by +50%. Natural weapons from the creature also gain Half-again their ranks (this only applies to natural attacks(non-elemental), and is applying to the base ranks directly before any multipliers). Can only be taken once. This trait does apply to weapons/armor made from the creature's body.
Rank 3: Hardened Bones
Universal Passive:
All of the creatures keratin structures become more resilient, making it harder to harm the creature. The creature gains 1 rank of homogenous body armor, per your ranks of fleshcrafting.
Rank 4: Regenerative Growths
Universal Trait:
The creatures bones grow at an unnatural speed, allowing it to lose teeth, claws, or spines, and grow them back at unnatural speeds. Choose an attack, armour, or other similar trait. If that trait is disabled in some way (or used, like thrown spines or a stinger) then the creature can regrow it. It must roll a check of Body+ Regenerative Growths + Ranks of Regeneration + your ranks of fleshcrafting, vs a DC of the relative trait's ranks (weapon, armor, etc.) This can be taken any number of times, for any number of other traits. This check is made at the start of every round as a free action.
